These agencies are responsible for registering minors who meet the above conditions directly on the Saudi authorities' website. This is a two-stage procedure, involving online pre-registration and the actual submission of applications.
It is compulsory for minors to apply for an e-visa. However, minors are not exempt from the conditions governing applications for this type of visa. Minors must be accompanied by a parent of legal age when applying for a visa.
